December 2015 outlook

December 1, 2015

RT  It was a warm and enjoyable November. Temps were warmer than normal on the first 19 days of November at MSP airport, and our average temperature for the month was 7.6 degrees above normal in the Twin Cities. The highest reading at MSP airport was 71 degrees on November 3rd, and the chilliest low temp was 14 degrees on November 28th. It was the fourth warmest November in Twin Cities history, and it was also the sixth wettest.
